Job Description is as follow :
- Represent company in case of any meetings, presentations
- Co-ordination with different departments
- Team building & management
- Training/ Development/ Evaluation/Motivation.
- Handling a team of 10-12 members
- Management work
- Tying up with corporate in regard to the CSR for helping the cancer patients
- Set performance goal and objectives with upper management
- Identifies trend setter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements, tracing individual contributors and their accomplishments.
- Monitor performance progress with management and key trainers
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
- Establish and maintain current sponsor relationship
- Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a lead.

- Have excellent communication sills
- Be tactful and articulate
- Leadership skills and methodological approach
- Self motivated and result driven
- Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company
