Job Description
Candidate must possess relevant Accounts executive experience for at least 1+yrs
Excellent knowledge & hands on experience in Tally ERP9 is a must
Need to have strong Accounting Fundamentals with an Accounting Bachelors (BCOM, BA,etc)
Maintaining of General Ledger, Bank Register and Cash Book and preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement
Preparation of Monthly / Quarterly TDS Challans, & Service Tax e-filing of Returns.
Preparing Invoices
Must have work experience in Microsoft - Excel, Word
Petty Cash handling
Good communication skills - verbal as well as written
Maintain the file and records as per the Standards
Verification of bills and supporting documents submitted to the Accounts Department before passing entry
* Prior experience working in corporate / Auditor office shall be prefered
*Immediate Joinee will be given preference.
