We are urgently hiring FINANCE & ACCOUNTS TRAINER / PROCESS TRAINER for a leading Investment Bank based out in Chennai.
We are preferring candidates who is currently working as a Finance & Accounts trainer in BPO/INVESTMENT BANK.
Looking at R2R, O2C, P2P process experience.
The candidate should have experience in Operations and in Training as well.

Contribute to and support local execution of the Finance onboarding strategy and plan, as well as role-specific training strategy, for newly hired Finance employees
o Members of Finance Training and Communications team;
o General Manager of the Chennai GDC;
o Finance Global Process Owners (GPOs) including the Service Management, Record to Report, Inform to Manage, Source to Pay and Finance Systems GPOs;
An ability to take responsibility to get certain tasks complete with minimal supervision
Consistently uses relevant knowledge, experience and process skills to clarify situations. Gathers relevant information, using it to provide appropriate advice.
Continually seeks to enhance functional and technical knowledge of their area of expertise.
Continuously shares expert knowledge with business areas to provide direction and support.

Assist in conducting regional (APAC) training on key Finance-owned systems both live and via WebEx:
o PeopleSoft (GL, T&E, AP Approval)
o FIT (Financial Inquiry Tool)
o MAQ (for Decision Support employees)
o HFM (Hyperion Financial Management)
o Support local BlackLine team members with training efforts, including MyLearning administration.
