- Regular activities would entail:
- to liaise (meetings, seminars, events, etc.) on a regular basis with the trade chambers of which we are members
- identify new chambers of importance and take membership
- to strive to achieve the goal of standardization across all offices
- execute formulated communication strategies
- monitoring internal and external communication such as emails, publications, etc. regularly
- be proactive to tap into social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
- Liaise on a regular basis with partners & managers to collate relevant information for website up-dation, social networks, etc
- Trade Chambers (FICCI, CII, FKCCI, BBG, etc) liaison with key contacts, monitoring websites for events, registration & attendance to various events, forwarding to concerned partner/manager, exploring new opportunities
- Standardization External & Internal Communication (to ensure adherence to pre-set guidelines)
- With other branch offices to ensure adherence to standardization
- Monitoring Stocking levels of BD Tools, Website, Email Signatures, online location server
- Handling corporate communication affairs and assistance in organizing events, seminar, corporate dinner etc of the firm
