HR Officer - Plant

Job Description

  • Responsible for Manpower planning, Selection & Recruitments, Induction, Handling Workmen issues, Wages/Salary Management.
  • Knowledge of Labour laws such as PF, ESIC, Factory Act, Minimum Wage etc. Liasoning with Govt. Agencies such as Labour Commissioners Office, PF & ESIS Office etc.
  • Familiar with Computerized payroll, attendance management, handling of Contract Labour etc.
  • Employee Relations, Grievance Handling & Employee Counseling, Statutory & Legal compliances
  • Hands on experience of working in manufacturing unit (preferably engineering, chemical paints & dyes industries)
