Job Description
Treasury Function:
Managing the day to day FOREX operations of the Group.
Streamlining the operational aspects of Forex transactions by analyzing the forex portfolio and suggesting a suitable hedging strategy / other mechanisms and solutions, to optimize costs & returns with the concurrence of the CFO.
Preparation and circulation of foreign exchange exposure MIS of the group to the top management at periodic intervals.
Analyzing the currency & interest rate derivatives structures to maximize export realizations and to reduce the cost of funds.
Devising strategies to reduce the costs of imports like availing Buyers Credit.
Compliance with applicable & relevant laws.
Preparation & Submission of monthly, quarterly and annual budgetary statements on Forex.
Variance Analysis budgeted vs. Actual related to Forex transactions.
Liasoning with banks and Financial Institution for Term Loan and Working Capital needs of the group.
Analyze and advise on suitable investment opportunities both short term and long term, in order to maximize returns on available surplus.
Promotion, formation and incorporation of companies as may be required from time to time.
Ensuring all Compliance for the group companies as may be prescribed under the relevant / applicable companies act.
Compilation and submission of Annual Return of companies.
Pre-certification of documents and returns required to be filed with the Registrar of Companies.
Advising on legal and procedural matters under the Act.
Filing, registering, presenting, attesting or verifying any documents (including forms, applications and returns) by or on behalf of the company
Organizing and Conducting required Meetings of the Board of Directors of various group companies.
Maintenance of secretarial records, statutory books and registers including the minutes of said Board Meetings.
