Job Description	Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service To handle general telephone / fax, or walk-in enquiries coming for Sales To set up filing system for Sales & Marketing for departmental requirements Daily monitoring of all on-going and incoming emails of the Sales inbox and to ensure to reply completely as per requirements Generate and develop sales leads and contact potential clients to build business relationships Produce quotations and written confirmation to all clients Sales visits to important clients. Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Sales Director and senior management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads Understand fully the hotel amenities, packages and promotions Coordinate with other departments within the hotel to ensure the distribution of pertinent information to all departments and maintain an orderly working environment Maintain and update Database Take an active role in the coordination and execution of organized functions and/or sales blitzes Attend events as required His/hers typical role is to prospect and sell the hotel's facilities and rooms to groups and organizations looking to hold conferences or events. Coordinating details of the event is also key to developing long-term relationships with clients.
Desired Profile	Prior  relevant experience of at least 1 to 2 year in a similar responsibility. Excellent command of English. Self-driven individual, with a pro active and positive approach to change. Good ability to deal with clients at all levels. Confident in exercising a good judgment in decision making skills. Strong leadership and management skills. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
