1. Generating New Business & Sales of Residential Flats/Commercial spaces
2. Lead generation & increasing number of bookings for Primary Sales
3. Ensuring a high level of interaction & customer satisfaction
4. Flair for sales and ability to meet sales targets and give sales closures
5. Good follow up skills
6. Should be able to explain & show the residential & commercial units to prospective buyers.
7. Should have own conveyance
8.Should Look after marketing of project in different medias.
9. Report to top management with all fact and figures.
