Job Description	This position is responsible for Access Security, monitoring, analysis, documentation, and validation of the Internal Controls structure surrounding IT processes, in an effort to protect data from unauthorized individuals. The position assists in the identification and reporting of potential issues that may be of concern to senior management. Supports the IT Security function by completing system administration tasks to ensure compliance with Textron and Business Unit Policies and Procedures. Responsible for creating, changing, and deleting user profiles for IT Applications, as needed. Also performs miscellaneous IT administrative tasks. IT Controls Responsibilities: Performs activities resulting from Sarbanes-Oxley compliance Conducts internal testing and/or self-audits against IT Controls documentation for identifying new controls or adjustments to existing controls Participates in meeting the documentation requirements of internal and external audit reviews Participates/implements initiatives associated with the management and ownership of the IT Access Security Process for employees, vendors and customers. Identifies and reports potential issues and/or violations to IT Management that may be of concern to senior management Monitors, analyzes, documents, and assists with the validation of the Internal Controls structure surrounding IT processes and protection of data from unauthorized individuals Develops and delivers IT Controls training Provides and maintains clear and concise documentation of work performed, issues identified, and associated remediation activities Enforces adherence to processes and maintenance activities associated with Records Retention, Legal Holds, and e-Discovery Assist in the processing of Security Risk Assessments IT Security Responsibilities Uses various application systems for (Approva, Active Directory, ARP, FIM, SMART, and USD) to procure system account and user information as needed by the E-Z-GO, and Jacobsen Divisions. Serves in a backup capacity to the other IT Security Analysts for Access Security duties, including Application Access (SAP. Oracle, TeamCenter, Subversion, MySQL, Gatekeeper, Network, and eSFA), verification of supervising manager and data owner security approvals, security/application modifications, and account terminations Serves as liaison between IT Access Security and HR Departments with regard to the processing of new hires, terminations, and daily HR Security Reports and serves as liaison between IT Access Security and infrastructure outsourcing provider with regard to the follow-up of submitted user access requests. Reviews and approves application changes to E-Z-GOs SAP and Jacobsens Oracle Environment Other Duties: IT Organization and Procurement: (1) Inventory and order supplies, materials, and other items as needed; (2) Validate receipts and distribute materials to department; (3) Reconcile charges and process open item statements and other vendor disputes; and (4) Assist with miscellaneous IT organizational tasks, meetings, etc.; (5) Tracks and reports the status of internal projects; and (6) Serves as backup resource for the Infrastructure BURL.
Desired Profile	Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline with an IT focus. Position Requirements: Exposure of using ticketing tools for example Jira, Revtrac will be a plus Exposure to security/compliance tools such as Bizrights or Virsa (SAP GRC) is a plus. Experience with CATT or ECATT script development and execution. Understanding or exposure to Security Audit process Knowledge and some experience with The COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and related Technology) Framework are preferred. ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and/or IT Security certifications would be a plus Softskills - Action Oriented, good planning skills Good listening and influencing skills, strong customer focus. Ability to effectively work with a highly technical and virtually-located team. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
