JD of Cluster Manager
1. Complete responsibility of business numbers of the cluster
2. Providing support to sales in achieving the targets with the help of tele-sales executive & fulfillment executive. Coordinate with cluster head to make sure that there are no gaps in support.
3. Continuous training of sales teams on products & processes to get maximum output
4. Aligning activities in line with activities to maximize business numbers
5. Conducting sales camps for sales address a group of clients at one go to open trading accounts
6. Focusing on HNI client acquisition
7. Coordinate with process team w.r.t. processing of account opening forms
8. Coordinate with account activation team to achieve targeted activation levels
9. Daily monitoring and reporting of business numbers
10. Maintaining work standards across team members
