Job Description

1. To achieve sales targets from assigned channel partner branches with the help of
2. Branch Managers and Specified persons of the channel partner.
3. To create / maintain excellent relationships with the assigned branches and with the specified persons.
4. To manage the recruitment, training development and retention of a team of specified persons.
5. To drive and motivate the channel partners sales team
6. Implement and drive the sales promotion schemes
7. Co-ordinate the proposal to policy conversion process
8. To positively promote the Company, its mission and core values
9. To give regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales.

Salary: INR 1,75,000 - 2,50,000 P.A

* Life insurance sales experience not mandatory but preferred, financial services experience mandatory.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
