Job Description
- To monitor and supervise work such as
block masonry, plaster, brickbat, painting, gyp-punning, tilling,
carpentry, paneling, partitions, POP, door frames, electrical, plumbing,
sliding window, etc.
- Responsible for execution and supervision of construction work as per approved plan and drawings.
- Co-ordinate with various agencies, consultant for smooth execution of work.
- Monitor safety and security norms followed by labour contractor deployed at Site / Project.
- Ensure execution as per technical & contractual specifications.
- Prepare and submit daily progress report.
- Ensure cost control in all activities undertaken.
- Ensure maximum utilization of resources.
