HR-Compliance Job Description:

• Compulsory experience in Shop Act.
• Looking for candidates who are specilized in Compliance.
• Generating statutory and MIS reports like Professional Tax, Income Tax, ESIC, PF, Bonus and other Deductions
• End-to-end management of Corporate Employee Benefit 
• Compiling PF & ESI Forms and processing the same for ESIC & PF numbers & Cards.
• Coordinated with various Govt. Authorities as PF, ESIC, PT& Labour Department.
• Making compliance & filing returns under PF, PT, LWF & ESIC Act.
• Maintaining various register which comes in Contract Labor act, PF act, ESIC act, Bonus Act etc.
