Job Description

1. Responsible for processing resort reservations by phone, letters & emails.
2. Co-ordinating & following up with the contact points of various Hotels / Resorts to check for availability & confirmation of booking received.
3. Processing & filling paperwork correctly
4. Handling customer concern within TAT.
5. Maintaining daily MIS & follow ups.
