Factory HR

Job Description

  • Watch almost every activities of the plant and take corrective stepsResponsible for all Admin activities including Security, Transportation, Gardening, Canteen etc.
  • Responsible for local Human Resources activation plans
  • Collect Human Resources/ Organisation Effectiveness metrics and measurement for the business across entire HR lifecycle
  • Monitor and address legal compliance issues to by ensure that the organisation complies with local and national laws (for e.g. recruitment, diversity, data protection, employee contracts)
  • Responsible for delivering Employee & Industrial Relations (ER/ IR) to the business (knowledge of legislative and consequent impact on the organisation, relationships with works council/ unions, government/regulatory bodies, community, etc
  • Interface with HR service provider for delivery of core HR services to the business monitors Quality and timeliness of service provision
  • Responsible for Training & Education activities for Manufacturing as T&E Pillar Head under TPM activities.
  • & actions, work allotted according to proper plan, set targets & trying to achieve goals or target effectively and efficiently.
  • Work in Time office and attendance of the workers and staff at site
  • Look after loading, packing, security, take care all the amenities of the plant, provide correct & proper report of the plant to seniors.
  • Controlling of expenses related to Hotel, Telephone, Taxi, Electricity, Photocopies and stating expansion in allotted budget.
  • Overall coordination for transport Facility & security of circle office.
  • Designing and preparing itinerary for senior management, 
  • managing their visits at different locations, ensuring on time booking and their comfortable stay at hotels.
  • Managing corporate events like seminars, conferences, review meet, including supervision of the necessary arrangements for the events / meetings.
  • Liaisoning with various govt. dept. Such as Electricity Boards, Development Authorities, Police Dept., Local Administration, Fire Dept. etc.
  • Outsourcing AMC contracts for the maintenance of office building, infrastructure, office equipment, machinery and other assets of the organization.
  • Generating monthly reports, expense statements, insurance renewals & other MIS reports as per requirements.
  • Overall coordination for company owned guest house regarding allotment of rooms & monitoring all the expenses related to guest house.
  • Generating business reports & making presentations.
  • Providing information & reports to higher management which helps making designs to them.
  • Coordination with vendors & processing their invoices.
  • Proving the assistance and end-to-end coordination with concern vendors.
Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 P.A
