Job Description
1. PG in HR with 2 to 5 years experience in large and reputed real estate and property development construction companies
2. Competent in handling construction site HR, Admin ,welfare activities and office management
3. Complete knowledge in compliance of all statutory requirements of Contract labour, PF, labour cess, Construction workers, minimum wages etc.
4. Job role and responsibilities:
a. Time keeping at site, daily labour accounting and report, attendance and leave report for payroll processing at HO
b. Labour camp administration
c. Renting of a service apartment near to the site
d. Hiring of vehicles
e. Liaison with police , labour dept., BMC and other local govt. bodies
f. Site and office security handling.

h. Any other job, work or assignment as may be given from time to time.
