Job Responsibilities: 

1) Responsible for Outbound Calls for Import and Export Shipment Bookings.
2) Making calls to prospective customers.
3) Customer profiling and handling customer queries.
4) Calling Customers and explaining product features.
5) Service and generating leads & follow-Up with the customer as a part of job.


Good communication skills (English or Hindi)
- Confident and smart
- Should have voice clarity.
- Candidates who have experience in tele calling would be an added advantage
-Confident and ability to interact with high profile customers
