Welcome call to Clients who sign up to Indias only Online Personal Finance Platform
Be one point contact for all Client queries/concerns
Raise tickets on Client issues, assign them to the Financial Advisory Team
Follow up with Financial Advisory team to ensure closure of each ticket within defined SLA
Be the voice of ArthaYantra for the customer
Own and ensure SLAs of the Client Servicing Team
