Premier Sales Consultant

Job Description

1) To Create & Implement Business Plan for meeting sales, Revenue and collection targets for "School Products " in allocated Territory 2) Focus on Collection - new as well existing customers in the identified territory
3) Understand customer requirement and position the right products as per the sales process (Product Mix)
4) To acquire new customer and upsell/cross sell to existing customers to achieve revenue and order intake targets
5) Analyze market trends, tracking competiton activities, Customer Interactions & feedback on Product
6) Build relations / rapport with the existing cutomers in the territory
7) Account Management for Large and Premium accounts
8) Organizing effective BTLs activities create funnel and provide product demos
9) To appoint, manage & drive /motivate and generate biz thru channel partners
10) Reporting and MIS for Funnel management through automated system.

2) MBA with Specialization in Sales & Marketing
3) Hard Core Sales and good field marketing experience in Education or BFSI or Telecom or any other Direct selling Product & services to office
4) Must be Sales Oriented & Flair for Selling
