Capable of doing independent analysis of industries, including key drivers & dynamics of businesses
Independent analysis of Financial Statements
Should have clear understanding of financial concepts relating to working capital syndication, long-term debt syndication & enterprise valuation
Preparation of financial projections & financial modeling thorough knowledge of Excel essential
Should be capable of preparing Detailed Project Reports / Information Memorandum
Good communication skills written & spoken English is essential
Business development / Lead generation / Independent client interfacing capabilities, are must.
