Job Description	Play a key role in collecting and collating reconciliations data and generating periodic reports to facilitate decision-making process by the Top Management. Responsible for analyzing the business needs to help identify process and business problems. Understand business problems & opportunities in the context of the requirements & recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. Working with Business Intelligence and Analytics (BI) in order to manage Strategic reporting, Data warehousing, Business performance management and Business process excellence. Currently must be in Marketing or Service function only Current role could be Market Planning, Corporate Planning, Product Planning, Sales Planning, Service Planning, Vehicle Order Planning, Accessory Order Planning, etc. Travel- Desk based job. Travel required only on need basis Domicile- Ideally Delhi based candidates. In case of outstation, must reflect a past trend of having stayed outside of home town either for education or work purpose. Reporting Structure -This position reports into the Dy. General Manager Marketing Planning and Control
Desired Profile	In case of Graduate : Engineering Graduate (preferably Mechanical or Automotive) plus 3 to 4 years experience OR Maths/Statistics Graduate plus 3 to 4 years experience In case of Post Graduate : Engineering + MBA plus 2 to 3 years experience OR Maths/Stats + MBA plus 2 to 3 years exp We are looking for candidates with strong mathematical/ Analytical/ Statistical background.
