Job Description	Job Title: Unigraphics Design Engineer We are hiring Unigraphics Design Engineer with Locomotive Trucks (Bogie) & Cab Structures background. Experience: 3 to 5 years Qualification: B.E/B.Tech Job Location: Hyderabad Job Description: 1. Candidate should have very good knowledge in designing a bogie with respect to locomotive, trailer coach or the main line Coaches. 2. Hands on experience in designing aggregates of a bogie like  bogie frame, selection of suspension systems with both coil springs/pneumatic types, wheel and axles and a suitable brake system considering the speed, comfort level of the product, defined in the technical specification. 3. Support of hand calculation of the design is desirable. Comparison of this with results of simulation and its interpretation is an absolute requirement. 4. Design modifications based on the interpretation of results coming out as above is an essential requirement. 5. Thorough knowledge of welding technology and designing weld joints with respect to the fabrication of Car body and Bogie is essential. 6. Must be capable of convincing the Customer in the above design aspects during the gate reviews of design stages and review meetings. 7. Experience in value engineering is an added qualification.
