Manufacturing Services - Tooling Validation - Fixture Design (Assembly, Machining, Fabrication, Test & Paint)
Technical Skill Very good experience in Jigs &Fixture Design.
Experience in tool design methodology and concepts, Hands on experience in Jigs & fixture design for Assembly, Machining, Fabrication, Test & Paint Shops.
Exposure to Mfg. Engineering Environment will be an added advantage
Exposure to structural analysis of tools designed using Pro Mechanica / other FEA software like
e) Experience in analysing structural components and assembly. Manufacturing Knowledge
f) Good written and communication.
Good Team player & written / Oral communication skills
Domain Expertise 6 Years of Core Manufacturing Experience in FE Validation for Fixtures. - Linear Static Analysis & Non Linear Structural analysis.
Tooling Education from reputed intuitions coupled with tooling fixture validation experience is a must. Hands on experience in ProE/ are essential / Important.
Qualification BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production with tooling education from reputed institutions (NTTF/GTTC)
