Key Result Areas
- Online Marketing - Actively work on Social & other portals site to Develop leads for recruitment as well as other business.
- Build close relationship with Clients and register as preferred Vendor
- Develop and Qualify Requirements before submitting to recruiter.
- Update the requirement in system and work with Recruiters to get right candidate submitted within right time.
- Review candidates resumes and evaluates work history, education and training, job skills, compensation needs and other qualifications of candidates.
Phone screen candidates to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements prior to submitting candidate to client
Prepares candidates for job interviews by providing information on hiring company, position, work schedules and working conditions as well as directions to facility, etc.
- Building relationship with independent consultants and market them aggressively during their job
search and try to keep them on company payroll.
- Closely follow up with client and ensure due care is taken for avoiding any bypass.
- Submits weekly reports to the Team.
Provide Feedback Mentor recruiters and interns within the company
Experience in Tier 1 hiring US IT Staffing.
Thoroughly Understand and work on the requirements of the client and fulfill them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.

Should have worked for reputed firms focusing on tier model.
Should be able to meet the required metrics. Should be able to work in an aggressive environment.
