Job Description
In this position, the individual will work in the Analog Mixed Signal team to generate IBIS models for Various FPGA IO's
to be finally used by the internal System team & external customers. In this highly visible role you will perform the following duties:
Develop IBIS models for the Legacy and DDR IOs
Develop HSPICE models for Legacy and DDR IOs
Interact with the US & the India team
Develop an automated methodology on developing the models

Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
(UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication)
AND
(PG - Post Graduation Not Required)
AND
( Doctorate - Any Doctorate - Any Specialization)
Bachelors or Masters with 2-4 years of experience in the area of IBIS modeling generation.
Exposure to the different versions of ibis models (3.2, 4.2 and 5.0)
Hands on experience of IBIS-AMI model generation is a Plus
Hands for the process geometries like 45nm, 28 nm, 20nm etc.
Design knowledge on GPIO,DDRIOs.
Proficient with automation and scripting in PERL scripting etc.
Proficient with simulation tools like Hspice, Finesim, Spectre etc.
Good understanding of Signal and power integrity simulations
Good understanding of CMOS circuit design fundamentals.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams in multiple locations.
The candidate will be part of IBIS team and actively work on IBIS & Spice Models for the I/O libraries for the various process nodes 28nm, 20nm, 16nm and beyond for all Xilinx FPGA products.
