Job Description
As a Member of Analog and Mixed Signal IP group
working on High speed analog integrated circuits. The responsibility
involves working with across design team of Analog and RTL designers from a multidisciplinary backgrounds. While in design process, you should be able to develop and maintain schedules while being proficient in design and verification along with full chip level integration Knowledge and should be able to provide input to layout team.
Desired Expertise:
Proficient in transistor level circuit design and CMOS fundamentals
Experience in High Speed SerDes block design i.e. Transmitter, Linear equalizer, DFE, Phase Interpolator, BGR & BIAS
Experience in high speed circuits design in advanced technologies such as 28nm process nodes
Familiar with HSPICE, Spectre,Ultrasim and Matlab
Strong debugging and quick prototyping of silicon results.
Good in documentation and communication skills.
Good team player.
