Job Description
Purpose of the job;-
To provide Accounting service to other Herman Miller entities in a timely accurate manner as well as generating Key business reports against the time lines defined.

Financial : Responsibility to ensure that Herman Miller is not exposed to undue risk through the Vouchering/ Cash application process

To provide Accounting service to other Herman Miller entities in a timely accurate manner as well as generating Key business reports against the time lines defined.
Specific responsibilities
Accounts :
- Invoice entry, vouchering on relevant ERP system.
- Tracking the pending invoices and all other open issues.
- Notifying discrepant invoices to sort the issues.
- Applying cash on ERP system every day and maintain basic reports on the cash applied.
- Reconciliation of Intercompany Invoices.
- Working on Fixed Assets.
- Communicate regularly with the coordinators to build relationships and deal with issues.
- Ability to write macros.
- Responsible for Generating, Analysing and Distributing key business report.
- All the Reports have defined time line and needs to be generated in a timely manner.

son-in-law, D.J. De Pree, buy the Michigan Star Furniture Company in
1923. De Pree had been working at the company, which opened in 1905,
