We have an Opening for a "Legal Executive" Position in our Organisation. Following is the details of the requirement :
Education : Law Graduate (LLB)
Experience : 0 - 2 Years
Joining : As soon as possible.
Location : Navi Mumbai
Shift : Night
Required Skills :
1 - Good Knowledge of Legal Field (Corporate Law, Contract Laws, Company Matters etc)
2 - Reasonable command over Microsoft Excel, Word and related Microsoft Programs
3 - Should be Net Savvy
4 - Good Communication skills with reasonable command over English.
Responsibilities of the Candidate would be :
1 - Responsible for drafting of Contracts and other Legal Documents.
2 - Vetting of Legal Documents.
3 - Co-ordination with Attorneys and Law firms.
4 - Co-ordination with Accounts, HR, Immigration Departments.
