Notes: 1-Looking for Only those who can speak Gujarati fluently.
2-Those Who Have passed CA or ICWA in 1st ,2nd or 3rd attempt ONLY ( not more than that.)
3-or Person should be B.COM + LLB

Experience :Minimum 4 years experience post qualification
Qualification:CA or ICWA (1st ,2nd or 3rd attempt only)

Job Profile

Key Objectives
1-Ensure indirect Taxation compliance mainly Service Tax, Excise Duty,VAT,Entry Tax RSO operations in West Region.
2-Dealing with Tax Authorities
3-Collection of C Forms from Dealers

Major Deliverables * Complete compliance of legal provisions under Sales Tax/ Commercial Tax
* Ensure NIL pendency of collection of C / F Forms
* Handle Assessments / Audits / Enquires under VAT/ CST
* To keep good rapport with different Tax Authorities
* Financial Accounting and MIS related to Indirect Tax
* Administration and monitoring of relevant legal compliance in web based legatrix system
* Evolution of Ideas for cost reduction by optimizing different Tax Provisions with Business transactions
* Updating Business with latest development / changes in Taxation Rules and Provisions
* Developing Taxation related Training Module and imparting Training to different Functions of Business

*Up to date with the latest developments in Tax Laws
*Good Knowledge of Accounting standards etc.
*Good Evaluation and in depth Analytical skill.
*Good communication skills.
* Good Presentation Skill
* Good knowledge of relevant SAP Module ( FI/MM/SD) and MS Office
