Job Description

Graduates only(any stream)

experience with 6-12 months in International Call Centre


English + Regional Language, Excellent communication skills (Written & Spoken)


Minimum skills required:


Experience in customer service industry (Hospitality, Aviation, Customer Service, Bpos) for over 6 months experienced resources


Written and spoken fluency in business English


Experience working in a B2C environment


Comfortable with a rapidly-changing environment


Technologically capable - able to quickly learn customer service software applications



Strong problem-solving skills


90% day shifts and 5 day working


Salary: INR 1,50,000 - 2,50,000 P.A
