Job Description

• Credit Card inbound customer service profile
• Taking inbound calls from Australian customers
• Provide quick and effective resolution to the customer's queries
• Should have presence of mind /Customer Care attitude
• Should be able to resolve customer queries and should be patient
• Fresher/Experience in credit card process is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills
• Australian shifts (3am- 5pm window), Any 9hr shift can be given.
• Gather continuous improvement suggestions and log and track them
• Eligibility Creteria: Any Fresher Graduate,undergraduate,dropout can apply.
• Work Location-Gurgaon

Venue for interview : plot-22A,sec-18,udyog vihar,nearest metro station-iffco chowk metro station,Gurgaon.
