Front Office Executive- Banking Industry- Nagpur

Job Description

Efficiently handle customers walking into branches who seek assistance by:
i. Greeting every customer who enters the branch.
ii. Be the first point of contact for customers and resolve basic queries such as timings of the bank/bank location/ATM location.
iii. Assisting customers to fill the various application forms thereby also ensuring first level check.
iv. Directing customers to the appropriate counter at the branch.
v. Maintaining nil/low wait-time.
vi. Ensure to maintain patience and be polite if receiving customer feedback/complaint.
vii. Immediately escalate customer requirements to senior staff at branch in case it is beyond purview.
viii. Arranging & maintaining record of daily huddles
ix. Customer Calls (Inbound/Outbound)
x. Taking care of all dispatch related activities of branch.
xi. Maintaining repository for all formats/record management
xii. Ensure to maintain/monitor look & feel of lobby area at all times
xiii. Building awareness of customer migration to electronic banking
Salary: INR Less Than 50,000 - 1,75,000 P.A
