• Provide quick and effective resolution to the customer's queries
• Knowledge of basic core load troubleshooting (Outlook, Internet, Wireless, Remote Access)
• Demonstrate ability to properly diagnose and resolve the customer queries
• Able to listen and probe in order to recognize important information and identity customer needs
• Work Location - Noida
• Shifts - 24*7 - Any 9 hours

Salary: INR 1,75,000 - 3,50,000 P.A. +monthly incentives+annual Bonus
