Job Description

  • Recognise individual customer service needs and resolve their technical query.
  • Networking exp would be preferred
  • Technical understanding of MS Operating Systems (Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7)
  • Knowledge of basic core load troubleshooting (Outlook, Internet, Wireless, Remote Access)
  • Demonstrated ability to properly diagnose and resolve
  • Knowledge of ITIL desirable
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies
  • Ability to communicate effectively via telephone by utilizing active listening and clearly speaking to customer
Salary: INR 1,75,000 - 2,25,000 P.A. Performance based incentives+annual Bonus
