Understanding the concept of transaction monitoring (Before starting transaction / call monitoring)
Knowledge of Client and end user requirement (Before starting floor management).
Experience At least 2-6 years in International Voice Background with a Telecom client is a must
Shift Willing to work in 24*7 shifts
