Job Description

•  Conceptualize and create intuitive, engaging, and brand-consistent web experiences for Sigma Group, staying current on evolving design practices.
• Manage and continually improve and optimize user experience for all current and future sites.
• Participate and collaborate in concept development and design ideation with business managers, and the design team to help define a creative strategy.
• Use usability findings, usage data, and marketing input to revise and improve the site

Salary: $500 per month for a 3 month contract with possible extension to 6 months. Airfare, housing, and local transport to and from workplace also provided.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:

UG - BCA - Computers, Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG - MCA - Computers, MBA/PGDM - Information Technology, Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization

• Professional certification required in design-related discipline: Graphic or Web design.
• 2+ years of Web design experience
• Proficient to expert in: Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML and CSS3
• Thorough knowledge of Wordpress
• Rock solid skills in design, with an eye for typography, palette development, intuitive layout, and a pixel-level attention to detail.
• Must understand how to follow brand guidelines.
• MUST have an online portfolio with multiple examples of interactive design.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail is a must.
• Candidate must be a self-directed team player able to communicate well, and have the ability to juggle multiple projects, proactively solve problems, deliver against tight-deadlines in a fast paced environment, and hit the ground running.
• Grasps the essence of new information; recognizes own strengths and weaknesses; pursues self-development; seeks feedback.
• Ability with mobile applications and internet application development an added asset. 

Formulate Layout Design for User Interface designer (Like Website Layout Designing, Emailer)

• Designing Creative, Newletter etc
• Create Custom Illustrations/other Graphic Element
• Adobe Photoshop InDesign, CorelDraw, Dreamviewer
•  Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop InDesign, CorelDraw, Dreamviewer, Layout & Design
• Experience in Portal, Graphic & Commercial Design, User Experience 
•  Ability to Create Graphics, Image , Logos, Flash Banner, Web Banner ads
