Key Account Manager

Job Description

Managing key customers and building long-term relationships leading to increased business.
Customer needs understanding (Functional) Persuasion & Negotiation skills, Relationship Management, Customer Retention. Managing difficult customers competently.
Handling each customer transaction from end-to-end and ensuring customer delight, despite drastic increase in number of transactions

Have experience in Channel Sales & marketing of Telecom services such as VPN, MPLS, Internet Broadband, Data Center Colocation, Video Conferencing, Cloud based services and applications, IT Managed services etc.
Preferred if posses experience of working with any ISPs
Understanding /technologies, e.g. EOC, GEPON, EPOn, FTTH, Networking, System Integration etc.



Experience in creating proposals & end to end solution by understanding client requirements.
Must have at least 3 years of previous work. Must be able to review and audit work done by practice teams and suggest improvements.
Excellent Communication Skill

Should have outstanding interpersonal and social skills to deal with difficult clients
Above average management and organizing skills for leading a team in maintaining high profile market presence with clients.
Should possess an ability to learn, get inputs from customer interactions, forum discussions
Should be self-motivated and willingness to learn new things and help transform organization.
Must have a go getter attitude and result oriented approach.
Must possess excellent articulation, communication, presentation and team playing skills.
