Reliance BPO hirings for there Premium (Apple I-phone ) pilot process
Job Location : DAKC-Koper khairane
Salary : 15K-18 K /month + Attractive Incentives
Position:Customer Relation Executive
Capabilities & Competencies required :
I. Excellent Communication skills in English & Hindi.
II. Should have Excellent Tele-Sales or Tele Marketing with good convincing skills would be added advantage
III. Articulate speaking voice with excellent verbal communication skills
IV. Language skill should include written, oral & listening skills
V. Enhanced communication skills along with high level of Customer centricity.
VI. Skilled to handle high profile customers/ products / services
VII. Self motivated, willing to learn and quick adaptation to new processes.
VIII. Able to think creatively and structure solution.
IX. Exposure to Customer Service of Apple and other Smartphone devices will be preferred.
X. Also looking for candidates proficient in Punjabi and Bengali
Shift timings:
For Inbound process : 24/7
For females: Shift till 8.00 PM
For Outbound process :
Morning 8 AM to 8 PM
Willingness to work in Rotational shift timings
