Job Description


Qualification:


Must: Engineering Graduate (Civil or Mechanical)
Should have handled large team in the past
Good Communication and presentation skills
Computer proficiency

Desirable: MBA in Marketing / Sales


Work Experience:


Experience preferable in Building components
Project selling experience in Key Accounts, Corporate sales or institutional Sales.
Experience in handling Consultants and Architects.
He/she should also have Knowledge about the recent developments, trends in the market, as regards to Construction industry
He should have been involved in marketing activities




Key Functional Responsibilities:


Should have good track record of meeting targets & Preparing ABP.
Should have experience in interacting with inter department to execute sales order.
Establishing and developing network of consultant and Architect network
Understanding engineering drawings and technical aspects of selling.
Ensuring timely collections of receivables and C-forms.
Decide and implement action plan in order to develop market for Lysaght products
Maintain Client Relation
Pre-qualification with PSUs and government department
Making technical presentations to key customers
Working closely with sales team to convert specifications into sales
Creating huge and meaningful enquiry base for sales team
Tracking upcoming projects and enquiries and capturing the same in data bank to process the same
Extensively travelling in assigned geographical territory.


Key Result Areas:


Achieving sales and meeting ABP commitments.
Ensuring zero bad debts because of receivables and C-forms
New Client Development
Converting specifications into sales.
Making focused presentations,
