Designation  -                   SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER (RADIO SALES)

Location  -                         Mumbai



JOB DESCRIPTION:

The duties and responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to, the following:-

  1. Sell advertising solutions for Radio to potential customers 
  2. Prospect and sell new advertising to the station 
  3. Learn and understand all the media businesses and the industry 
  4. Prepare and present presentations to customers and potential customers 
  5. Be an efficient and organized time manager 
  6. Provide high level of customer service to various agency and retail customers 
  7. Create effective promotions 
  8. Integrate yourself between departments within our company 
  9. Take initiative toward solving problems and recommending creative advertising solutions 
  10. To do requisite Call Ratios & Pitches
  11. Managing and updating accurate WRM latest by Friday for the subsequent week
  12. Corporate etiquettes , Smart Grooming and Discipline as per Corporate Guidelines
  13. Ensure Proper Documentation and Collection with timely reminders to the clients, as per the collection process
  14. Overcome efficacy issues for product verticals
  15. Following the parameters as outlined in Sales Process. CRM /BUD/Missed Clients /Hot Leads
  16. By 5th of the month have Pipeline for the subsequent month
  17. All the updated Spikes/IP / Specials be part of Sales Kit at all times
  18. Engaging and Managing Multi Point contacts on mapped clients and updating in CRM
