Job Description
Responsible for handling a gamut of operation including business development, customer relationship management.
Create developed and implements all standard operational systems to ensure smooth functioning.
Responding to customer inquiry, preparation of quotation based on operational costing.
Arranging client and technician review meeting for 100% satisfaction of client.
Approach, acquire, developed and retain customer throughout the customer life cycle
Assured high degree and cost-efficient customer service with focus on customer problem-identification and resolution.
Extensive profit/loss calculation based on the standard operation procedure like, Chemical consumption, technician costing.
Direct negotiation with client to finalize the deal/order.
