Designation - Relationship Manager - NRI
Location - Bangalore
JD-
1) Create a world class NR liability for Bank to take care of the funding requirements of the Bank.
2) Meeting monthly acquisition target for liability sales.
3) Handling NR clients for service needs in India.
4) Updating and maintaining a comprehensive database.
5) Creating and maintaining hype and enthusiasm among all branch employees to generate and convert customer/referral leads.
Skills-
1) Superior relationship management and interpersonal skills
2) Excellent command of product and processes knowledge
3) Leadership and managerial skills to coach, guide, train and motivate the NR Client Acquisition Team.
4) Numerical and analytical skills to calculate returns / Yields / EMI / Etc on products for customers.
5) Ensure NR Channel meets its overall revenue
6) Co-coordinating with and training other RMs for delivering a common level of world class service to NRI customers for their financial needs.
