Job Description Regional Sourcing Manager
Purpose of the role driving recruitment & minimize the headcount gaps of contract staff of specific locations through effective usage of sourcing channels.
Department: Human Resources
Reporting: AVP HR Contract Staffing
Location: Mumbai.
Key Result Area:
A) Empanelment & engagement with colleges (campus recruitment)
1. Identify colleges interested to invite us for campus recruitment for contractual employment.
2. Co-ordinate with local BM / Cluster / Regional Manager for identifying & interested local graduate / post graduate colleges.
3. Co-ordinate with college & cluster / regional manager to fix & conduct campus recruitment program as per convenience.
4. Engage with colleges & selected student till joining.
B) Sourcing through consultant (outsourced medium):
1. Identify & engage local consultant for sourcing
2. Share the requirement mandate with consultant along with gist of the profile (any specific requirement from Cluster / Regional)
3. Share the branch address & BM contact no to consultant subsequently share the consultant details with Branch Head and mark copy to Cluster Head.
4. Co-ordinate & follow up with consultant on scheduling candidates on the agreed date or period.
5. Check the interview feedback from BM or direct consultant to take the feedback from BM & candidates.
6. Maintain a tracker of positions sourced & closed through consultant.
C) Sourcing through job portal & job posting (on-line medium):
1. Post job at paid & free job portals
2. Publish mass e-mailer of open position to target candidates.
3. Schedule interview of interested candidate shared resume at job posting with BM
D) Driving Referral Program (referral medium)
1. Driving referral program through innovative methods
2. Organizing focus referral contest for better output
E) Prepare & maintain MIS for daily activity
1. Share daily activity & progress report through sourcing MIS
2. Update & maintain recruitment tracker
