Job Description
This position is for finite element analysis of
Turbocharger components. This role requires in-depth understanding on
various aspects of Mechanical engineering,
which is very critical to investigate the structural aspects of fatigue
life failures on Turbocharger components and to provide immediate
solutions. This role requires strong understanding about the Fatigue
life prediction approach with good experience on finite element analysis
area. This role also requires good amount of understanding about the
effect of manufacturing variation on Turbocharger design
process. The candidate has to do LCF, HCF and TMF prediction of Turbo
components. This role also requires good amount of experience on
automotive domain with excellent communication skills.

Experince : 2 to 4 yrs
BE and M.Tech with strong mechanical background from IIT or IISC. The candidate needs to be very strong on fundamentals of Structural mechanics, Vibration, Fatigue and Finite element analysis areas. Minimum three to five years of industrial experience with automotive components like Turbochargers or any other automotive components are preferred. The candidate has to be strong in executing structural analysis with commercial tools like ANSYS and ANSA with good product knowledge.
