Job Description	Job description / Mission The job involves: - Estimation of work involved and execution of task for preparing designs and/or drawings according to customer requirement. - To work on softwares like Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD for different jobs like built up of compressor 3D assembly layout, dimension drawings, part drawings. - Understanding and preparing the drawings of compressor sub parts like sheet metal canopy parts, piping, base-frames, ducts, hoses, supports etc. - Understand the technology involved & focus on quality of drawings which can be oriented for manufacturing aspects. - Continually innovate the ideas to improve the quality aspect of engineering. - Complete responsibility to execute projects and assigned tasks. - Co-ordination with clients for reporting status of task, presenting the queries and receiving the feedback. - Utilize efficiently the available contract Engineers. - You will be responsible to follow Atlas Copco design codes, standards, work instructions & check lists of the tasks handled and carry out the cad checking. It will be a challenge for you to further develop & expand the scope of activities and control the work done by external design agencies, onsite as well as off-site. Knowledge - Proven experience in mechanical design & drafting. - Knowledge of Sheet metal canopy, fabrication parts and piping - Knowledge of AutoCAD , Inventor 2011 , Pro E , Catia is must Educational requirements BE - Mechanical with minimum 2 years of experience OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum of 3-5 years experience. Personality requirements You will be a creative person who takes initiatives to understand and deliver output at the highest quality in specified time. You will be a committed team player and have good communication skills in English. You should be open and flexible and have no problems to stay in Europe for 1-3 months.
