Job Description

Position: PeopleSoft Functional (Core HR / ESS & MSS) Job Location: Hyderabad Experience: 7+years Job Responsibilities: 1) Collect and document business requirements 2) Analyse, generate and document application requirements, Functional Specs etc. 3) Communicate and collaborate with internal and external design teams to formalize application requirements, while supporting the delivery of the solution. 4) Creating visual functional designs (screenshots etc.) to demonstrate proposed functionality 5) Review test cases, replicate issues, work with developers to resolve issues; support FA Lead to manage the defect resolution process 6) Analyse application specific metrics to determine trends and troubleshoot issues 7) Ensure adherence to on-going governance and process standards 8) Create, manage and enforce HR Direct system standards, policies and procedures.
