Technical & Non-Technical Support Associate (Voice) required with the following skill set:

• Opening for Technical & non-technical Customer Support Voice
  
• Excellent Spoken English skills is a MUST
  
• Sound Technical Skills - Windows OS, MS Office, Knowledge of computer hardware, network and Internet services
• Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
  
• Ability to analyze and solve customer queries over the phone ( INBOUND, NO SALES )
• Lucrative Salary & Incentives ( Rs. 9,000 - 15,000 Take Home + Performance Incentives + Free Pick & Drop with Security etc. )
  
• 5 days/week ( 2 Week Offs )
