Urgent Opening for Product Manager - Retail Agri Banking in Mumbai

Job Description

Product development and enhancement
  • Develop new retail agricultre business products in line with market and customer needs
  • Review existing products , processes and refine them to attract higher market share
  • Study the agriculture markets and identify new areas an opportunities and cost effective way of delivering the services
  • Develop and update product policy and manuals, undertake key trainings and get the products approved for field implementation
  • Identify requirement / demand of new product and design product to meet the requirements
  • Work with field teams to prepare area/region specific product variants.

Business & Revenue

  • Develop and product wise business plan for branches and regions and monitor the penetration and progress
  • Prepare business management trackers and portfolio decks
  • Refine the products for penetration across different location and geographies
  • Analyse Revenue, transactions,and to identify sources of generating revenue to ascertain pofitability
  • Work with Agri team to achieve business outcomes. Should also be able to handle business needs as required.
  • Study tranfer pricing and creation of rational pricing policy on to increase revenue generation

Customer engagement and market activities

  • Design and plan customer engagement activities across regions to understand customer experience and increase out reach of agribusiness
  • Launch new product creatives, banners,leaflets and other visibility material in consultaion with marketing team
  • Design all product related communications sent internally as well as externally
  • Preparing product presentations and review presentation for senior management , board, investors etc.
  • Review and update Agribusiness section on Bank's website

Process and portfolio management

  • Update and develop documentation for various products
  • Work on Loan origination, appraisal processes and monitoring processes.
  • Devise a login and tracking mechanism of proposal submitted by RMs. Work for optimising the TAT.
  • Discussion with credit risk and formulate product approval matrix
  • Track business, disbursement and issues relating to field/business.
  • Undertake period business, disbursement and portfolio tracking exercise including irrgegular accounts tracking.
Salary: INR 4,25,000 - 6,50,000 P.A

Education:
UG - B.Sc - Agriculture
PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
Candidate must have minimum 4 years of experience in Agribusiness. Should have handled Retail Agri Loans

  • Ready to travel to Rural areas
  • Should have knowledege MS Office
  • Good communication skill
