Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ability to make decisions and escalate in required conditions.
- Eye for detail - endeavour to prevent and detect fraudulent Credit card applications; error resolution.
- Multi tasking & Problem solving skills with a proactive approach - Pro-actively contact bankers to inform them of the progress of their customers loan application via the appropriate systems and re-actively respond to banker queries. Similarly, proactively call customers to inform them about the requirements and confirm details.
- Relationship Management ability with bankers and customers
- Dealing with back to back customer queries with 100% first time resolution being provided to them
- Documenting all relevant information while talking to the customer & wrapping up the calls in a stipulated timeframe
- Ensuring 100% customer centricity is delivered on every callmeeting the process CTQs on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Respond to customers problem escalations
