- Must be good negotiators and mediators to help buyers and sellers agree to terms.
- Must have good knowledge of the property market in their area and be familiar with local facilities.
- Good marketing skills to enable them to present a persuasive picture of a property, in person and on paper.
- Arrange visits to view the properties.
- Contact the seller with details of any offers
- Above Average Communication Skills.
- Highly presentable over the phone and in inperson meeting.
- Preferrably Unmarried.
- Should have there own vehicle to commute.
- Attractive personality will be an added advantage.
